How the airport run works
We track the flight rather than the booking time. If you land forty minutes early the car is already there; if you sit on the tarmac at Kennedy for an hour, nothing changes and nobody charges you for it.
For arrivals we meet inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name board, unless you would rather be collected at the curb. Either way you get the chauffeur’s name and number before you land, so you are not working out who to call in a hall full of people.

Departures and luggage
For departures we pick the time from the flight and the day, not from a formula. Summer Sunday afternoons out of the Hamptons are the single worst window on this route, and we would rather set off early than explain later.
Golf bags, ski bags, dogs and child seats are all fine — tell us at booking and the right vehicle turns up. Car seats need ages and weights so we bring the correct one rather than a guess.
